You are meant to trust Hashem, and love people. You have to know that people are never able to meet all of your expectations. Only Hashem is all powerful, people are limited.
Trust that people are doing the best that they can. Trust that if you were in the same place you might do the same thing.

This is such an important lesson. When one has problems, they often try to pull strings to see who can help them. But we must realize that noone can do anything for us without the will of H-shem. when one has a problem instead of turning to people, they should turn to the source. The people who we think are the ones who have the power to help us are only puppets. If one really internilizes this lesson they will have a menuchas ha nefesh that noone can harm them and they can always turn straight to H-shem to help them with anything; as He can do anything. It is such an amazing feeling to rely on H-shem an not on people.
