On Rosh HaShana we are celebrating the power of Yesh M'Ain (that Hashem created something from nothing). Hashem created the world from nothing. Hashem remembered Sarah Emenu on Rosh Hashana, and gave her the ability to have a child. As we approach Rosh Hashana we should realize that this is the time of the year when Hashem can make miracles for us.
